2. Services Offered

We provide website development services on a project basis, including:

Services are limited strictly to website development unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project Scope & Agreement

Before the commencement of any project, the following will be agreed upon in writing (via email or document):

• Project scope
• Deliverables
• Timeline
• Pricing

Any feature, functionality, or modification outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.

The client is responsible for providing required content, images, login credentials, and approvals on time. Delays in client communication or content submission may extend the project timeline.

4. Payment Terms

Advance Payment

A minimum of 30% advance payment is required before the project begins. Work will commence only after receipt of the advance amount.

The advance payment is non-refundable, as it secures development time, planning, and resource allocation.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be cleared before final website handover, deployment, or transfer of files.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of final deliverables.

No payments are processed directly through this website.

5. Revisions Policy

Revisions are limited to changes within the originally agreed project scope.

Major design changes, structural modifications, or additional feature requests after approval may be treated as a new project or billed separately.

6. 15 Days Free Support

We provide 15 days of free support from the date of final project delivery.

During this period, minor corrections, small adjustments, or technical fixes related to the original agreed scope will be handled without additional charges.

Any new features, redesign requests, structural changes, or modifications outside the original scope will be chargeable.

After 15 days from the delivery date, all change requests and support services will be chargeable.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final website is transferred to the client only after full payment is received.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

Any third-party plugins, themes, or tools used remain subject to their respective licenses.

8. Hosting & Domain

Domain registration, hosting services, SSL certificates, and third-party subscriptions are not included in the development fee unless explicitly agreed in writing.

The client is solely responsible for purchasing, renewing, and managing hosting and domain services.

We are not liable for website downtime, suspension, or data loss caused by hosting or domain issues.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools such as hosting providers, plugins, analytics services, or payment gateways.

We are not responsible for downtime, service interruptions, security vulnerabilities, or policy changes related to third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee specific business growth, search engine rankings, traffic volume, or revenue outcomes.

Clients are responsible for maintaining regular backups unless backup services are explicitly included in the agreement.

11. Website Usage Rules

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission

All content on this website is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Confidentiality

Any confidential project information shared by the client will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

13. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• The client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior
• The agreed payment terms are violated
• The project scope changes significantly without mutual agreement

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
